Type "B" Automatic Oiling System

The Type "B" oiling system provides an oil reservoir with visual oil feed valve(s) to insure the proper amount of lubrication to the pump and bearings. The bulls-eye feed valve is adjustable from a steady stream to a slow draw rate. Oil feeds only when the pump operates.

The "B" system also acts as an oil separator to collect oil mists for re-use. Refilling of the reservoir is considerably extended, lasting up to weeks and months between fillings, depending upon the pump's operating requirements and feed rate.

NOTE: Medium vacuum vane pumps require SAE 30 wt. non-detergent lubricating oil.
