CLOSED LOOP, FULL FLOW OIL SYSTEM

Pneumotive "High Vacuum" pumps offer a closed loop, full flow system with continuos duty capability.

Introduction of cool lubricating oil from the radiator into the pump interior reduces heat on pump parts, thereby keeping all parts uniform in temperature, preventing extensive expansion and eliminating the possibility of overheating and jamming.

Low operating temperature and radiator cooling of oil provides an effective seal and aids in the prevention of carbonation of the lubricating oil. All sums up to reduce maintenance and few oil refills. Lower temperatures increase the pump's volumetric efficiency and makes it possible to use higher pumps seeds

NOTE: The factory recommends Houghton Hydro Drive HP300 or equal lubricant, such as Shell Tellus 68. Always allow a minimum of 5"Hg to provide effective pump lubrication.
